My Paper Box is a Subscription Box that sends an assortment of personalized stationery items to your door every month.
Each box will be centered around a different theme and will feature paper items printed with the name of your choosing. You can expect to receive items such as personalized notebooks, journals, notepads, monthly calendars, Greeting Cards, envelopes, and more. All of the products are handmade and designed by a women-led team based in the heart of Texas.
Three subscription plans are available: The Grand Subscription box (personalized items, greeting cards, stickers & more), Greeting Card Subscription (4 greeting cards & postage), and Mini Monthly Notepad Subscription (personalized notepads, calendar & more).

Everything was shipped in a small white box with a personalized sticker/label on top. — September’s theme is “Back to School”!
A peek inside!
Greeting Cards
The box included 3 different “retro technology”-themed greeting cards.
The first card featured an image of what looks to be an old cordless phone (or early cell phone?) with the phrase “I can’t even..” on the front and the message “…express how much you mean to me.” inside. A nice card for sending “just because”.
Oh, those old annoying pop-up alert windows… They were the worst — and often meant you had just acquired a lovely computer virus. I don’t miss those days at ALL. The card above depicts an image of an old school computer on the front that says “Incoming message”, with a plethora of “Thank you” windows overlapping inside.
The final card was decked out in Gameboys, cassette tapes, and tamogatchis. The front read “dangit”, followed up with “I knew I forgot something… Happy belated birthday!” inside.
Paint Notepad
Oh how I used to love me some MS Paint! This fun notepad is not only dripping with retro computer software vibes, but it’s also personalized with my name. Sorry kids, this is MOM’s notepad! Ten year olds just wouldn’t appreciate the beautiful nostalgia going on here.
Floppy Disk Notepad
I wonder if anyone still actually uses floppy disks? I’m sure there’s a few diehards out there. The floppy-inspired notepad above includes both my name at the bottom and the phrase “Save a piece of everyday” at the top.
Weekly Schedule Notepad
Okay, I’m not entirely sure if this one is related to something specific or if it’s just a generic schdule-type design. Either way, it features my name at the top, rows of checkboxes for each day of the week, and more. UPDATE: After reading the included booklet/magazine, I’ve learned that this is an homage to the Scantron Exam sheets we had to fill out in school. I guess I chose to block out those test-taking memories.
Stickers
A small pouch held a variety of pop-up window inspired stickers. Each one included either a motivational or humorous message… much better than an impending virus.
Washi Tape
In keeping with the retro back to school theme, a roll of pink washi tape was included with the phrase “I can’t even” printed in white text. The roll is 6 yards long, giving you plenty of opportunities to display your 90’s exaggerated disgust.
Pocket Pads
Aw, how cute are these mini notepads? Both measure roughly 2 inches tall and depict classic layouts from 90’s computer applications/software. My daughters were so enamored with these that they decided to make their own mini pads using computer paper and cardboard from the recycling bin. I suppose I should probably let them have these ones too. Maybe.
Stickers & Highlighters
More stickers! It’s hard to tell by the photos, but the red sheets are actually letters of the alphabet. The other sheets featured small circles/dots in red, yellow, light blue, dark blue, and pink. Also included were a set of four highlighters in blue, orange, purple, and yellow.
Calendar
The final item was a 2-sided card with a September calendar on one side and a list of unique holidays on the other.
The nostalgia was real with September’s “Back to School” themed My Paper Box! It took me right back to the 90’s and reminded me just how good we have it today as far as technology goes. (And also how thankful I am that I no longer use Windows-based computers. ) My favorite items were all 3 greeting cards, the MS Paint notepad, Windows alert stickers, mini notepads, and set of highlighters. — Spoiler alert: Next month’s theme is “Halloween”!
