GlobeIn November 2021 “Cozy Box” Artisan Subscription Box Review & Coupon Code

GlobeIn is a monthly subscription box that features handcrafted goods by artisans around the world.

Each box features a themed collection of 4-5 hand-crafted items, produced by artisans from all around the world. There are more than 5 box themes available each month, and you have the opportunity to choose which one you’d like to receive. If you prefer to be surprised, you can also choose ‘Surprise’ and they’ll make the choice for you. GlobeIn helps to bring income and exposure to small artists, while introducing you to beautiful pieces of their culture. Many of the products included are eco-friendly, fairly traded, and/or organic.

Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.

Subscriptions are $37/month (with 6-month plan) or less with annual commitments. — For a limited time, you can save 50% on your first box with coupon code ARTISAN50!

Let’s see what’s inside the GlobeIn November 2021 “Cozy Box”!

Everything was shipped in a pink box with a white GlobeIn logo printed on the side.

A peek in the box!

Instead of their previous booklet format, GlobeIn now sends an info card with a QR code which you can scan for full details about the items in each box. (You can also choose to simply go to the url printed on the card as well.)

Marquet Free Weave Scarf, Thailand

The cozy free weave scarf above was entirely hand woven by Thai artisans who utilize a traditional hand-built loom. Whereas many rural Thai are forced to leave their families and seek work in the city to earn a secondary income, these weavers work on their craft between harvesting and planting season, integrating it into their farming lifestyle. The scarf is made of 100% locally-grown, hand-dyed cotton and measures roughly 62 inches x 22 inches with 1.5-inch fringe along the ends.

Divine Chocolate Cocoa Powder, Ghana

Divine Chocolate is co-owned by Kuapa Kokoo, a cocoa growing cooperative in Ghana whose 85,000 farmer members get a share in the profits, a say in the company, and a voice in the global marketplace. The canister above contains 100% unsweetened cocoa powder made with the finest fair trade cocoa. It’s all natural, vegan-friendly, and ideal for baking or homemade hot cocoa.

Malika Mug, Morocco

Speaking of hot cocoa… Serve some up in style using this colorful hand-painted mug from Morocco! Handcrafted by a group of artisans based in Marrakech, this eye-catching stoneware mug is food, microwave, and dishwasher-safe. It measures roughly 6 inches high by 4 inches wide and is ideal for your favorite cold-weather drinks.

Gallito Palm Leaf Basket – Purple, Mexico

These signature baskets are included in many GlobeIn boxes and are woven entirely by hand. Each one can take hours to complete! This particular one is a bit taller than the standard baskets and measures approximately 6 inches tall by 5 inches in diameter. Use it to store craft supplies, small toys, bathroom essentials, and more.

The November 2021 GlobeIn “Cozy Box” included a nice collection of artisan-made goods to make the coming winter months a little more cozy. My favorite items were the Marquet Free Weave Scarf, Divine Chocolate Cocoa Powder, and Gallito Palm Leaf Basket. — Remember, for a limited time you can save 50% on your first box with coupon code ARTISAN50!
