DHC Skincare Astaxanthin Collagen All-in-One Gel (Full Size!, $49 value)
No need for multiple products, this lightweight facial moisturizer tones, hydrates and brightens skin all in one step. Its key ingredient is astaxanthin — a natural antioxidant proven to be 6,000 times more effective than vitamin C and 550 times more powerful than vitamin E in eliminating free radicals that cause premature aging. The fast-absorbing formula is suitable for all skin types and can be used both day & night.
Terre de Mars Reddition Body Cleanser (Full size!, $23 value)
Although I’m pretty loyal to my natural bar soaps, this Terre de Mars body cleanser smells too good not to use. Like, SO good. It contains bioactive ingredients including coffee, rosemary extract, verbena oil, and aloe — though the scent reminds me more of lemongrass/citrus. Whatever it is, I love it. 🙂 I also love that the formula is certified organic and vegan-friendly!
Daily Concepts Hammam Mitt (Full size!, $14 value)
This hammam — aka Turkish bath mitt is a cleansing and exfoliating cloth for your whole body. To use, simply wet mitt and apply your favorite cleanser. Its gentle exfoliation will remove dead skin cells, detoxify, rehydrate, and nourish your skin back to health. It’s safe for all skin types and features a fading label that lets you know when it’s time for a replacement.
Davids Natural Toothpaste in Peppermint (Deluxe mini, $4.95 value)
Davids is a premium sustainable toothpaste designed to naturally whiten teeth, remove plaque, and freshen your breath. It’s made with naturally sourced/derived ingredients including xylitol to promote healthy oral care. It’s also fluoride-free, SLS-free, sulfate-free, vegan-friendly and contains no artificial flavors or preservatives.
This Works Stress Check Clean Hands (Travel size, $6 value)
Since Covid doesn’t seem to be going anywhere soon (sadly), I’m happy to welcome more hand sanitizer into our home. This hydrating hand gel is made with 70% purifying alcohol, hyaluronic acid, and a blend of lavender, chamomile and neroli to keep your hands clean, safe, and moisturized when a good ol’ hand-washing isn’t available.
Note: The September box was also supposed to contain 2 packets of Four Sigmatic Hot Cacao with Reishi ($4 value), but they were left out.
The September 2021 Glossybox was probably my favorite one to date! The items I was the most excited about were the Terre de Mars Body Cleanser, Daily Concepts Hammam Mitt, Davids Natural Toothpaste, and This Works Stress Check Clean Hands.
