October 2017 Prims Way review

October 2017 Prims Way review time!

If you haven’t heard, Prims Way is a Subscription Box that sends you a piece of jewelry and 3 other items that go along with a different monthly theme. Each box will feature a new artist who inspires the jewelry chosen for that month. Subscribers will be able to choose one of four different pieces, which they will receive along with an art print and 3 other themed items. Items can include candles, beauty products, sweet treats, and more.

Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.

Subscriptions are $35/month.

Let’s see what’s in the October 2017 Prims Way box!

Prims Way box

Everything was shipped in a small blue box with a Prims Way sticker on top.

A peek inside!

October Prims Way review

An info card with pretty scalloped edges revealed the theme — “Vampire Awakening” — and listed all of the item’s in October’s box.

RIP chocolate bar

R.I.P. (Rich Intense Pleasure) Chocolate Bar

Ooh… Spooky chocolate! This seasonally appropriate bar is made with 55% cocoa and other all natural ingredients. It’s made in small batches and is both Kosher & gluten free. It was almost vegan-friendly too, if not for the pesky butter oil in the ingredients list. Boo, indeed! 😉

Too Cool for School lipstick

Too Cool for School Glam Rock Vampire Kiss Red Edition Lipstick

A must have for any true vampire — red lipstick! (Though, I suppose black would work too.) This lipstick provides lasting lip color with a satin finish. Its formula is infused with rose flower water, tomato peel, pomegranate, mango, pineapple, papaya and mangosteen extracts to help soothe and plump the look of lips.

bangle bracelet watch

Stacked Bracelet/Watch

Being a vampire themed box, I was kind of hoping for some sort of goth-inspired necklace, so I was a little bummed to find a bracelet/watch combo. Mainly because I don’t wear watches. Ah well. This is still a neat piece. I really like the look of all the different bracelets stacked with the watch. Definitely unique!

Vampire blood orange soap

vampire blood soap

Filthy Farm Girl Filthy Vampire Blood Orange & Pomegranate Soap

Yay, natural bar soap! This is made with 100% natural ingredients including saponified coconut oil, Kosher vegetable glycerin, Blood Orange essential oil, orange essential oil, beet powder, shea butter, and organic coconut oil. It’s vegan-friendly and smells fantastic!

Mighty Leaf blood orange tea

Mighty Leaf Tea & Company Organic Blood Orange Rooibos Tea

More blood orange! — This time in the form of tea. Consisting of organically grown South African rooibos with a touch of blood orange, this is an ideal tea for autumn. 🙂 Four individual sachets were included.

A fun selection of vampire themed items from Prims Way! While the jewelry this month wasn’t really my style, I was nevertheless happy with the curation and I love the bar soap and tea. 🙂
