Degustabox unboxing

Degusta box review

A peek inside! – As always, everything was securely packed beneath a layer of air pillows.

Degustabox March 2017

An info sheet listed all of the items inside, as well as brief descriptions, photos, and retail prices for each one.

Quinoa bars

Paul’s Finest Quinoa Nuts, Seeds & Honey Bars ($7.49)

These healthy snack bars are 100% natural, certified organic, and certified gluten-free. They’re made with wholesome ingredients including pumpkin seeds, honey, peanuts, quinoa puffs, flaxseed, quinoa flakes, dates, and almonds. Each bar has only 120 calories!

Tolerant chickpea pasta

Tolerant Foods Chickpea Pasta ($4.99)

Allergen-free penne pasta made with organic chickpeas! This is gluten-free, vegan-friendly and loaded with 14 grams of protein per serving. It also provides 40% of your recommended daily fiber intake. Nice!

7 Days peanut butter croissant

7 Days Peanut Butter Crème & Jelly Soft Croissant ($1.49)

This giant croissant consists of flakey layers of pastry surrounding a filling of peanut butter cream and fruit flavored jelly. Not exactly the healthiest snack ever, but I’m sure it’s good!

Boboli pizza crust

Boboli Original Pizza Crust ($4.99)

A 12-inch pre-made pizza crust perfect for whipping up a quick pizza at home without having to make your own dough. I was excited about this until I noticed that they baked cheese into it. Aw. 🙁 Still, my husband and kiddos will enjoy it.

Cookie Thins

Mrs. Thinster’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Thins ($2.99)

These thin n’ crispy chocolate chip cookies are made with all natural ingredients and are free of GMOs, corn syrup, and anything artificial. They’re also produced in a nut-free facility, making them perfect for those with peanut allergies.

Lemoncocco ($1.59)

A non-carbonated drink made with Sicilian lemons, coconut cream, and pure cane sugar. It’s naturally flavored and has just 90 calories per can.

Good Thins sweet potato

Good Thins Sweet Potato Snacks ($3.69)

Crispy sweet potato flavored snacks made without any artificial colors/flavors, partially hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, or cholesterol. Each serving has just 130 calories and 60% less fat than leading regular fried potato chips.

Loacker tortina

Loacker Tortina Original ($3.99)

These look delicious! — The 3 individually wrapped treats consist of layers of crispy wafers and hazelnut cream all coated with creamy milk chocolate. I’d kill for a vegan version of these things!

Goya Quinoa blend

Goya Quinoa Blend ($2.99)

I made this as part of my dinner the other night and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! It featured a flavorful blend of quinoa, brown rice, black beans, bell peppers, garlic, onions, and more. SO good!

Energems ($6.99)

These are bite-sized energy supplements made with no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. One serving (3 gems) has the caffeine equivalent of one cup of coffee.

What a great assortment of items in this month’s Degustabox! My personal favorites were the Goya Quinoa Blend, Tolerant pasta, quinoa bars, and Good Thins. The total value of all the items in March’s box was over $41. Nice!! — Remember, for a limited time you can get your first box for just $9.99 (regularly $19.99) — plus FREE shipping + a bonus (vegan-friendly!) Green & Blacks Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt bar! — To score this awesome deal, just use coupon code “2LRBMAR17” at checkout!
