Food Review: KOSNICA Cafe, Singapore

Hi lovelies,

Today, I will be sharing about this cafe called KOSNICA that my sister and I visited some time ago.

KOSNICA is a cosy and beautiful place, and it is centrally located. When we were there, there were some crowds having teas and waffles at KOSNICA.

Have a look at their cute little menu, shaped in a hexagon.

I love this beautiful wall of photos.
For couples and friends visiting the place, you can have your memories pinned to the wall with photos taken at KOSNICA.

You can also explore some fun facts about Honey on their beehive designed wall.

Before placing our orders, we sampled some Gelato at the counter before we decided which flavours to go with our waffles.

If you visit KOSNICA on weekdays, I recommend you to go for their high tea set as it is value for money! For only $9.90, we got to enjoy one mini waffle with a scoop of gelato and a cup of tea or coffee.

I love everything matcha, so I had their mini matcha waffle with matcha gelato. I love the pure and originial flavour of matcha present in this combination, a mixture of bitterness and sweetness, yet so delicious!

For tea, we had organic elderflower tea.
KOSNICA used authentic dried flowers to prepare this tea and the tea was so fragrant!
The tea was a spirit lifter and so soothing. We love it!

For a little adventurous pairing, we decided to try their Pink Lady.
The drink consisted of Yakult, Guava, Strawberry, Premium Honey, Lemon and Soda.
An interesting drink and a refresher, yet not very sweet in taste.

Next, we decided to try something more conventional, to really taste the quality of their waffles.

We ordered their classic buttermilk waffle. For the gelato, we ordered Thai Milk Tea and Lavender.
KOSNICA never disappoints us, every thing tasted so wonderful and pleasing to our taste buds!

The waffle was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Even when the gelato melted, the waffle still tasted delicious.

Their Thai Milk Tea and Lavender gelato were heavenly, and with every mouth the taste was still so distinctive! Highly recommend everyone to order these if you want good quality and good tasting gelato. Definitely one of the best gelato I've had, not to mention that the gelato were so smooth in texture and milky in taste too! Must try!

We were quite full after we finished everything but the glutton in me wanted to try another of their special drink, so we ordered the KOSNICA Honey Yuzunade.

This drink consisted of Yuzu jam, Yuzu, Premium Honey and Chamomile. I wasn't expecting to see rock honey in this drink but the rock honey and lemon slice made the drink more exquisite and awesome in taste, another of my favourite item at KOSNICA!

If you want to explore KOSNICA cafe, I'll leave the details here.
