Sausage Puffs

Ingredients and METHOD :

Step 1) Preheat the Oven to 170 degree celsius.

Step 2) Take readymade Pastry puffs and grease with Egg Yok. Add sausages and roll the pastry puff round the Sausage.

Step 3) Grease the top of the sausage with egg yok. Grease the Baking pan with butter or add baking paper. Add the sausage puff and put them in the oven.

Step 4) Bake for 15 mins. Till you see the top of the pastry puff browning.

Serve hot
