February 2017 OwlCrate Review & Coupon

What's your favorite place? I know that DisneyWorld is often considering to be the 'happiest place on earth' but for me, Disney can't hold a Candle to the magic of Universal Stufios and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. That place, the atmosphere, is unbelievably wonderful. It's in a realm of it's own and you just fee like you've stepped out of your reality and stumbled into the pages of the books. It's an experience every Potterhead should have at least once! And while I'm talking about things that everyone should experience, let's check out what magic awaits us in the February Owlcrate!

I see a Candle! That makes me love this box at first sight!

The February box theme was Run Away With The Cirvus and the included information card tells you a bit about each item featured in your box.

Girl of all Work Page Flags --- well these are just freaking adorable! I love the retro circus designs and there are plenty of page flags on here so I won't run out super quick!

Geek Fire Labs Lip Balm --- A doughnut flavored lip balm? Yes please! Seriously, I am obsessed with this now. It reminds me of my childhood and my giant collection of flavored Lip Smackers. This won't last long... I will be using it up fast!

Candle --- I'm a sucker for candles. Give me a candle and I am a happy happy girl. This particular scent is Le Cirque Des Reyes and it's inspired by The Night Circus. It's handmade by Frostbeard Studio's and is an OwlCrate exclusive! It smells amazing, featuring notes of  Caramel Popcorn, Roasted Chesnuts, and the classic scent of a warm and toasty Bonfire !

Evie Bookish Tote Bag --- I love me some Evie Bookish items! Obviously, this is my favorite item in the box. Hell, its possibly one of my favorite Owlcrate items ever. It too is inspired by The Night Circus and it features a quote and stunning graphics. I love it so very much!

Notepad --- so, this is cute as a button. Created by Attic Journals, this notepad is made by hand using recycled casino playing cards. It's perfect purse size and just plain adorable.

Caraval by Stephanie Garber --- One of my most anticipated 2017 releases! I mean, magic, the circus and a gorgeous cover.... it's wonderful! Here's the synopsis from Amazon:

"Whatever you've heard about Caraval, it doesn't compare to the reality. It's more than just a game or a performance. It's the closest you'll ever find to magic in this world . . .
Scarlett has never left the tiny island where she and her beloved sister, Tella, live with their powerful, and cruel, father. Now Scarlett’s father has arranged a marriage for her, and Scarlett thinks her dreams of seeing Caraval, the far-away, once-a-year performance where the audience participates in the show, are over.
But this year, Scarlett’s long-dreamt of invitation finally arrives. With the help of a mysterious sailor, Tella whisks Scarlett away to the show. Only, as soon as they arrive, Tella is kidnapped by Caraval’s mastermind organizer, Legend. It turns out that this season’s Caraval revolves around Tella, and whoever finds her first is the winner.
Scarlett has been told that everything that happens during Caraval is only an elaborate performance. But she nevertheless becomes enmeshed in a game of love, heartbreak, and magic with the other players in the game. And whether Caraval is real or not, she must find Tella before the five nights of the game are over, a dangerous domino effect of consequences is set off, and her sister disappears forever.
Welcome, welcome to Caraval . . . beware of getting swept too far away."

And of course, they included a signed bookplate too! I love it when they do this!

As always, there's a nice note from the author to all the Owlcrate subscribers and they also included this beautiful quote card to go along with it!

And hello, bonus! Owlcrate has kindly added a gift card to download the audiobook for Caraval or The Star-Touched Queen (which, if you haven't read it, is an amazing book!)

You guys know how much I love OwlCrate, so I'm obviously very happy with this box. Actually, I'm happy with every OwlCrate s that's no surprise. They just always seem to get the curation just right and I love every part of this subscription! It's full of literary magic and wonder!
