Trucksis, F**ksis

For the recent Motorcycle races at Laguna Seca we had a booth with a motorcycle set up so that those who wished could have a free photo taken by a professional photographer.  The motorcycle was welded into a permanent lean, with a backdrop.  It was a lot of fun, and the photos were emailed out a few weeks later.

Unfortunately, we made the mistake of using Trucksis, a local vendor, for signage and other associated items to be used in conjunction with the booth.

It was a terrible surprise to discover how miserable some vendors an be to work with.

They did not have things ready on time, told us they were on the way when they clearly weren’t, and when they arrived, items were really wrong.  Printing was literally backwards on some of the signage, items that were supposed to attach to the roof of the tent were designed so that they could not be attached, and we had other problems as well.

You would think that a vendor in that situation would be apologetic.  Instead, they were extremely nasty.

In this day and age where customer service is so important, it is amazing to find outfits like this still preying on their customers.
