What makes an ideal workstation for the WFH blogger?

In part due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the last few years have seen a huge increase in the number of people either working from home or enjoying hybrid working with some time in the office and some and home.

Either way, working from home brings some clear benefits – no travel time to get into the office, the ability to use your own kitchen for cooking breakfast and lunch, as well as having more freedom to optimise your working set up to your own personal preferences.

One of the benefits of office work is that Ideal Workstation setups are usually preconfigured, meaning a blogger or copywriter can sit down and get to work as quickly as possible without taking money from their own pocket. But this doesn’t take into account that every copywriter functions best in their own unique ways.

If you’re a full-time worker, you could be spending at least eight hours a day sitting at your Workstation – and if it’s also where you enjoy entertainment such as movies and games, this could easily go above 10 hours spent in the same spot.

Natural light has been proven many times to be of benefit to mental health, which in return makes working easier and keeps mood levels high. Placing your desk next to large windows or glass doors will create a nice sunny spot for you to work in.
