What makes this workspace unique?  

With 21 Worship Street, we have really tried to listen to the feedback we received from potential clients when showing them around similar spaces within our portfolio.  The building is aimed at medium to larger companies who are seeking true flexibility within a high spec working environment.

To that end, we have spent a lot of time looking at such things as the furniture and the layout that would suit such flexibility, and we feel that we have struck the right balance between design and productivity with the end result.

What the building offers is effectively a self-contained feel on each floor where clients have their own meeting room, WCs and kitchen area. This is about as leasehold as you can get but without the confines, restrictions and liabilities leases can present.
