Hostinger Review-The Pricing Plans

Hostinger Review Finding a high-quality web Hosting service is not easy. Your decision determines where your brand will live online for years to come. Hostinger provides excellent uptime and premium features at a non-premium price, making it a perfect fit for your website. Even so, Hostinger’s plans lack some of the features you’d expect from a top-tier web host, such as dedicated hosting and telephone support. Editors’ Choice pick AccuWeb has those features.

Hosting on a shared server

Hostinger, like many other Web Hosting companies, offers shared web hosting. The most basic hosting tier places your website on a server with other websites. Essentially, the sites share a single server’s resources and costs. Therefore, shared web hosting is often more affordable than dedicated web hosting. What’s the downside? Shared hosting isn’t very powerful, so your site may slow down or become unavailable if one of your co-residents receives a big social media hit.

Shared web hosting plans powered by Linux are available through Hostinger: Single, Premium, and Business. A single plan costs $9.49 per month, or $2.99 per month if you subscribe for a year (it renews at $5.99 per month after the first year). In addition, Hostinger offers a low, $1.39 per month price, but it requires a four-year commitment. The Single plan allows you to host just one website, includes one email address (just one! ), 100GB of monthly data transfers, 30GB of solid-state storage, and roughly 10,000 monthly visitors.

The next rung on the ladder is the Premium plan. The cost is $10.95 per month or $5.99 per month with a one-year commitment (it renews at $8.99). It lets you create up to 100 websites and email addresses and offers unlimited monthly data transfers and 100GB of storage. The Premium package also includes a free domain name, free SSL, and processing power to handle roughly 25,000 monthly visitors.

The business plan is $15.99 per month, or $6.99 per month for the first year (it renews at $10.99 per month). It offers daily backups, a free CDN that speeds up your site, and quadruples your site’s processing power so that you can handle approximately 100,000 monthly visitors.

Hostinger offers discounts on two-year and four-year plans as well. These are okay plans for a mom-and-pop shop that wants to list its inventory, but Editors’ Choice award-winning HostGator offers superior shared hosting packages for a broader range of users. HostGator offers Linux and Windows servers and unlimited storage, email, and data transfers for each shared hosting tier. Wow!

VPS Web Hosting

If you’re serious about building an online presence for your business, you should have a virtual private server (VPS). VPS hosting offers your website additional server resources since there are fewer websites on the server compared to shared hosting.

Hostinger offers six Linux-based VPS plans. The entry-level Linux tier offers 1GB of RAM, 20GB of storage, and 1,000GB of monthly data transfers for $9.95 per month, or $4.94 for a one-year commitment (rising to $9.05 after one year). With the top-tier Linux VPS plan, you get 8GB of RAM, 160GB of storage, and 8,000GB of monthly data transfers for $109.99 monthly, or $59.99 for a one-year commitment (rising to $72.99 after the first year). Sadly, Hostinger no longer offers Windows-based VPS plans.

Minecraft Hosting, not Dedicated Hosting

Dedicated hosting is one of the most powerful forms of hosting. Dedicated hosting places your website on a separate server, allowing you to use the server’s full power. A dedicated server is an excellent choice if you anticipate high traffic volumes. Hostinger, however, does not offer dedicated hosting.

Hostinger does not offer dedicated hosting, but it provides Minecraft hosting for gamers. Minecraft hosting costs $19.95 per month or $10.95 per month with a one-year commitment (renewing at $18.15 per month the next year). You will get a server with 2 GB of RAM and 2x virtual CPU power with the lowest plan. Mods can be installed, rules can be established, and in-game advertisements can be enabled.

WordPress Web Hosting

The most popular content management system in the world is WordPress. As a result of its simplicity and robust plug-in and theme ecosystems, WordPress is extremely easy to customize as you wish—one of its strongest points.

Hostinger offers four WordPress plans. These are Single, Starter, Business, and Pro. Hostinger’s WordPress and Shared hosting plans share some names but have different features. The Single plan ($7.99 per month, $4.99 per month with a one-year commitment) supports a single website for 10,000 monthly visitors, one email account, and 30GB of SSD storage. The starter plan ($14.99 per month, or $5.99 per month for the first year of an annual plan) includes 100 websites, 100GB of storage, the Jetpack plug-in for free, and unlimited data.

The Business plan ($15.99 per month, or $10.99 per month with an annual plan) adds 200GB of storage and daily backups. The Pro plan ($29.00 per month, or $15.99 per month with a one-year commitment, then $24.99 per month) offers support for 300 websites, 300,000 monthly visitors, and Jetpack Personal.

Hostinger offers an easy onboarding process that gets your site up and running in minutes. Alternatively, existing sites can be migrated manually or using the Hostinger agent.

Cloud Web Hosting

Cloud hosting refers to web hosting in which your website is served by several different servers at the same time. Due to the fact that your site isn’t limited by physical constraints, you can scale resources in real-time.

Hostinger offers three cloud hosting tiers: Cloud Startup, Cloud Professional, and Google-powered Cloud Global. The entry-level tier starts at $29 per month or $12.99 per month with a one-year commitment (renewable at $23.99 per month). It includes 3GB of RAM, 2 CPU cores, a generous 200GB of SSD storage, and unlimited monthly data transfers.

This middle tier starts at $58 per month or $22.99 per month with a one-year commitment (renewing at $48.99 per month). It comes with 6GB of RAM and 250GB of storage. The high-end tier starts at $99.99 per month, or $79.99 per month with a one-year commitment (renewing at $99.99 per month) and offers 16GB of RAM and 300GB of storage. Hostinger’s cloud plans all include a dedicated IP address, a free SSL certificate, and 300 sites. Two-year and four-year plans are available for these plans, too.

Reseller Web Hosting

Hostinger’s two reseller hosting packages are perfect for those who want to get into the web hosting business but don’t want to deal with infrastructure. They are cPanel Reseller Starter and cPanel Reseller Business.

The Starter plan ($35.99 per month with a three-month commitment) includes 50 cPanel accounts, 50GB of storage, 500GB of monthly data transfers, and free SSL certificates. With the Business plan ($33.99 per month, with a three-month commitment), you get 150 cPanel accounts, unlimited storage, and unlimited data transfer.

Hostinger’s reseller plans allow you to add your own company branding for a personal touch. All plans include automatic backups, too.

Setting Up a Website

There are several options for building a website with Hostinger, including its own website builder: Zyro. The free tool includes many cool features, such as a logo builder, slogan builder, and business name generator.

Its coolest features, however, are AI-based. AI Writer generates unique copy based on a topic you select, while AI Heatmap determines what topics visitors will focus on when they visit your site. The starter text produced by Zyro was excellent. AI Writer could be used to tailor the copy to meet a company’s needs.

E-commerce and Security

Making money online requires e-commerce tools, and Hostinger has plenty of them. You can download popular and useful tools like OpenCart, PrestaShop, Simple Invoices, and ZenCart from the Hostinger store.

Hostinger offers many tools to help you secure your website. With some hosting plans, you get a free Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate. This technology secures the connection between your website and a visitor’s computer, which is important for security (especially if you plan to sell products). Alternatively, you can sign up for Cloudflare protection for $19.99, which guards your site against DDoS attacks and other threats. If you commit to a full year of service, Cloudfare is free with many Hostinger plans.

Good Customer Service

You can reach Hostinger’s customer service representatives via webchat 24/7 if you run into a problem or just have a question. The staff was very friendly and informative, and they answered our test questions with the appropriate links.

Hostinger’s biggest drawback is its lack of phone support. Webchat or bust if you want to speak to a human being. According to the company, web chat is faster and more convenient than phone support, so this might not be an issue for you. Hostinger has a large knowledge base that answers common (and uncommon) web hosting questions.

Hostinger’s plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is typical for a web hosting service.

Excellent Uptime

As a measure of a website’s availability, uptime is an extremely important hosting element. Sites with good uptime are considered reliable; those with bad uptime are inaccessible and unreliable.

Hostinger proved to be a reliable web hosting service during our testing over a two-week period. The test site didn’t go down once during the 14-day observation period. Hostinger guarantees a 99.9% server uptime rate, so you can trust the company to keep your website online.

A Very Good Host

Hostinger is a web host that offers exceptional uptime and customer service, as well as traditional and cloud-based hosting. In addition, it has Minecraft servers, so you can explore the sandbox video game in a new way. Unfortunately, Hostinger’s lack of dedicated servers dampens the experience a bit.
