Since my wedding, I’ve really relaxed when it comes to eating healthily and exercising. After working so hard to get to a point I was happy with, I thought I deserved a break. And with my birthday and Christmas coming up it was amazing to just let go and indulge. But, now it’s time to get back into a routine and feel good about myself again. Although the gyms are currently shut, I’ll still be doing virtual home workouts with my PT to get started and conditioned for when the gyms reopen again. So, I need some new workout clothes.
