How To Make Pacific Coast Salmon On The BBQ?

Preparation:

Ingredients:
  •  1 large salmon fillet (substitute steelhead)
  •  2-3 lemons, sliced, or as preferred
  •  2 tbsp Miracle Whip, or as preferred
  •  1/2 tbsp your preferred BBQ seasoning
  •  1/2 tbsp greek seasoning, or as needed
  •  1/2 tbsp fresh drill, chopped (substitute 1 tsp. Dried dill weed)
Instructions:
  1. Wash the fillet under water and drain out the excess water.
  2. Placed the sliced lemons on the aluminum foil of the grill to form the size of the fillet.
  3. Then place the fillet on the top of the lemon slices.
  4. Now spread the miracle whip on the fillets.
  5. Sprinkle the seasonings and close the foil over making a tent, so that it doesn’t come in contact with the Miracle Whip and seasoning.
  6. Transfer on the BBQ and cook at 4500F for 15 minutes or until the fillets become flaky.
