Ingredients:
- 1 large salmon fillet (substitute steelhead)
- 2-3 lemons, sliced, or as preferred
- 2 tbsp Miracle Whip, or as preferred
- 1/2 tbsp your preferred BBQ seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp greek seasoning, or as needed
- 1/2 tbsp fresh drill, chopped (substitute 1 tsp. Dried dill weed)
Instructions:
- Wash the fillet under water and drain out the excess water.
- Placed the sliced lemons on the aluminum foil of the grill to form the size of the fillet.
- Then place the fillet on the top of the lemon slices.
- Now spread the miracle whip on the fillets.
- Sprinkle the seasonings and close the foil over making a tent, so that it doesn’t come in contact with the Miracle Whip and seasoning.
- Transfer on the BBQ and cook at 4500F for 15 minutes or until the fillets become flaky.
