The actress planned to join the shoot during the second half of this year once she wraps up her work for Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra. But the latest update says that she is unwell due to intestinal infection. Alia decided not to disrupt the schedule and shot for the film in unbearable heat in Varanasi.

But things turning worse, the schedule has been cut short and Alia Bhatt flew to New York to recover completely and then return to work. This will have an impact on the schedules of Brahmastra and RRR. She informed the same to the team of RRR and her shooting schedules will be planned soon after her return. The team of RRR will now have to make enough changes to the shooting schedules after she turns well and allocates dates. The shoot of RRR is taking place in Hyderabad currently.
