How to Connect WPForms Website Leads And Salesforce (CRM)

It’s finally here!

We are excited to announce that Wpforms now has a brand new Salesforce add-on! The Salesforce add-on will enable you to send form entries from the plugin directly to Salesforce CRM, automatically.

If you have been manually copying data from your form entries into Salesforce, that will no longer be necessary. It will save you a lot of time and effort. To make things better, you will also save money by not having to pay for an external service like Zapier will connect WordPress to Salesforce. This add-on is a game-changer.

We will soon take a look at how it works. But first, let’s recap what WPForms and Salesforce are!

Ready?

Let’s go!

What Is WPForms

WPForms is a WordPress plugin for building professional forms in a simple and quick way. The plugin uses drag-and-drop to enable users to integrate apps, create different types of forms, and more. WPForms comes both with a Free version and a Premium one. Users can simply install the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Directory and start using it in its free version. Or, they can buy the premium version and unlock WPForm’s full features list.

While the Free version has its advantages, WPForms Pro is more than just a Contact Form Builder Tool. Aside from the obvious form creation feature, The Pro version also allows users to accept payment, create surveys, and get to know their users even better. Aside from that, WPForms comes with several advanced email marketing solutions. And now, it comes with a Salesforce integration.

What is Salesforce

Salesforce is one of the most recognized customer relationship management (CRM) platforms in the world. Their mission is to help their partners keep customers happy by improving their marketing, sales, service, and IT efforts and bring end-users the best experience possible. All in one tool called Customer 360.

However, one of the greatest benefits of Salesforce is that each of their partners joins an inclusive community of over 10 million innovators, disruptors, and community shapers, called Trailblazers. This community provides free online learning where entrepreneurs and innovators learn the skills needed to make their companies better.

Automatic Creation of Salesforce Objects

Traditionally, you would have had to manually import and manage the data from one to the other. But now, you can now automatically create Salesforce objects when forms are submitted, all within WPForms.

The only thing you need to do is navigate to the settings for your form and select which object you want to create.

As you can see in the image, you have an array of options to choose from. For example, you can create a Lead from each new submission, or even use internal forms to add new Salesforce Accounts – the possibilities really are endless.

Once you have chosen your object, all that remains is to map the fields in your form to the fields in Salesforce.

If you want to control which entries are sent to Salesforce, then you can use the Conditional Logic to do so.

And just like that, you will no longer have to copy and paste contact records when you receive new form entries, they will automatically get sent to Salesforce.

I guarantee it will make your workflow so much faster and more efficient.

Salesforce Can Be Used With Any WPForms.

With WPForms, you can connect Salesforce CRM with any form, and you can even add multiple Salesforce accounts if you wish

You have the flexibility to have control over where the data you actually want is saved. And don’t worry about privacy, Salesforce API is used to securely send the form entries.

Get Started with Salesforce and WPForms

Simply put, WPForms is one of the world’s best contact form plugins, and it is available to everyone. So, if things were complicated and took a lot of time before, now everything is connected. Even better, the Salesforce add-on is available to all WPForms Elite customers. And, now you can install the Salesforce add-on to your website, today.
