What Is WPForms

Traditionally, you would have had to manually import and manage the data from one to the other. But now, you can now automatically create Salesforce objects when forms are submitted, all within WPForms.

The only thing you need to do is navigate to the settings for your form and select which object you want to create.

As you can see in the image, you have an array of options to choose from. For example, you can create a Lead from each new submission, or even use internal forms to add new Salesforce Accounts – the possibilities really are endless.

Once you have chosen your object, all that remains is to map the fields in your form to the fields in Salesforce. 

If you want to control which entries are sent to Salesforce, then you can use the Conditional Logic to do so.

And just like that, you will no longer have to copy and paste contact records when you receive new form entries, they will automatically get sent to Salesforce.
