My Lime Crime Velvetines Collection

Hey guys!, welcome to my second blog post. First of all i'd like to say how my first post gave a really good response and I had viewings from various countries such as Germany, USA, India, South Korea, Iceland etc. so thank-you!

This next post is about my Lime Crime Velvetines collection. I have always been a sucker for lip products and I have recently came across 'Lime Crime' and oh my gosh I am so content with these products! I have only managed to purchase four Velvetines so far but they're a gift sent from heaven and I definitely plan on purchasing as many more as possible sometimes in the near future. -- I also definitely recommend these lip products because; they could remain on your lips for probably a week straight, they are thick so easy to overdraw your lips (if required) and the colours are insanely gorgeous. I'd say the only 'con' with these products is that they are a BITCH to get off. Which I suppose could also be a 'pro'?

SO, without further ado, these are my four Velvetines (so far):

Peacock so far is my favourite Velvetine that I have purchased simply for it's uniqueness. I haven't seen a Colour like this for a matte lip product before and although i'm still trying to figure out when and where to wear this beautiful colour, i am beyond thrilled to be able to say I have it!
The smell ( alike them all) is absolutely AMAZING, it smells like buttercream. i love it!

Cashmere is the newest Lime Crime Velvetine that I own and it has been one of my top most wanted's for quite some time now. I think it is one of the most popular colours because I can remember when this little angel was sold out constantly and everyone was always raving on about how beautiful it was and trust me, it is! From the photos you can see that it is a slightly light pink colour mixed with purple and it will go with mostly anything. I have seen a few people use the colour for eyeliner too and it looks insanely cute so that is also a 'must do' for me at some point!

Riot is a very 'calm' colour when it comes to the rest of the Velvetines collection.  ALTHOUGH the hardest Velvetine to get off oh my lrg#ihs#iuerhf GOSH. My lips feel slightly ruined after trying to take this particular colour off. (Some may see this as a positive but I certainly did not). These products could seriously last a lifetime because they are difficult to smudge and impossible to get off :) Regardless of this, Riot will go with pretty much anything as it's an off deep red colour and can give you a more subtle look than a Velvetine such as 'Rave'.

Rave was the very first Lime Crime Velvetine that I purchased. I was able to be sent a totally random colour as i was in love with every single colour at the time and just didn't mind which because my main focus was the texture and product itself. 'Rave' is a bright pink / purple colour and its one of the brightest colours if not the brightest. Its very unique and a must have. If you're unsure on which Velvetine to purchase and you're not comfortable with experimenting with the 'big bold' colours then i'd suggest to stay clear from Rave.

In order from top to bottom: Peacock, Cashmere, Suedeberry, Rave
(FYI - To take these off i used an entire wet-wipe and makeup remover and they're still not off) :-)

I plan on purchasing many many more Lime Crime Velvetines as I am obsessed with the idea of completing my collection. Every single colour is gorgeous and they are VERY long-lasting and the colours are to die for, so why not?

if you're interested I definitely recommend:
