Made in America Music Festival (August 31- September 1)
Philadelphia’s favorite music festival is back yet again for another year! Made in America is one of the biggest events the city witnesses (unless the Eagles host a Super Bowl parade of course) and is what helped put Philly on the map as a city for some of the most famous artists to travel to.
Jay-Z and his Queen B have hand-selected this year’s performers which consist of:
- James Balke
- Gucci Mane
- And so many more
On top of having some of the best beats to jam out to all weekend, you will have an atmosphere that is full of nothing but good vibes. There will be food trucks, Ferris wheels, and carnival games to add on to an amazing weekend in Philly! There will even be free filtered water stations because hydration is key during events like this in the summer!
Don’t miss out on this one a year weekend full of fun at the festival, buy your tickets here!

Waterfront Day (August 31)
Take a trip on down to the Delaware River this Saturday for the 3rd annual Waterfront Day! On the Spirit of Philadelphia, there will be a pop-up beer garden, deals that one cannot turn down at the Bluecross River Rink (which FYI, closes for the season after Labor Day), food and drink deals at every vendor and then a perfect end to any summer holiday night with a fantastic fireworks show at Penns Landing.
Bring your friends and family of all ages to the waterfront because it will be the event that is the cherry on top of a perfect summer in Philly. Click here for details!

National League Wild-Card Contender the New York Mets (August 29 – September 1)
Our hometown heroes, the Philadelphia Phillies are battling it out with the National League wild-card contender all weekend at every Philadelphian’s favorite ballpark, Citizens Bank Park. This is a series you do not want to miss because anything could happen here! Is Bryce Harper going to be on his game or is he going to have a stinker as we have seen in the past? Bryce is the Phillies’ own wild-card!

Wonder Woman at Franklin Square (August 31)
Outdoor movie nights have been the hottest thing to do with your family and friends this past summer in Philly. All of our favorite neighborhoods, such as Northern Liberties, Fairmount, and Penns Landing, have hosted these big screen events. This weekend, bring your blanket to Franklin Square and get your Marvel on because Wonder Woman is playing!
