Does Microsoft is Working on Android-Powered Smartphones?

It seems that Microsoft has not given up on mobile phones yet which could be inferred from the latest development of a new line of phones different from the Lumia series which failed to glitter.

With a somewhat bitter experience of windows based mobile phones which failed to achieve desired results in the Lumia series the rejuvenating attempt could be bet would not be done again with windows based mobile phone and has to be widely accepted Android platform only.

Microsoft after the last update of mobile OS- Windows 10 has not launched anything new except updates of safety and security features.

The inception of the Android-based phones could not be authenticated and could be a mere speculation as there is nothing officially been said on this development but the moving for a good number of services on Androids which could gel with Windows 10 could not go unnoticed.  Earlier the Edge browser launched by Microsoft was made available with Android along with Windows 10 and iOS.

These speculations are based on screenshots of Microsoft employee and on the other side possibility of Android-based Microsoft mobile phone developed by the third party could not be ruled out at the moment as there is no official comment on the latest development of the issue.

The representative of Microsoft had not shared much details of the mobile phone which the company is planning to produce and release but he seems confident in sharing the details that the company would not go with the Windows-based mobile OS due to experience which was not in company’s favour.

The information that surfaced suggests that the new line of Android-powered phones will be sold on Microsoft store but we have to wait for official comment as no one could predict future which might be Android-based Microsoft phone.
