It seems like Nokia is planning to make a grand entry in MWC 2018, there are already a bunch of smartphones that Nokia is expected to unveil at the event. Now a new smartphone from HMD Global dubbed as Nokia 7 Plus has been spotted on Geekbench database.
According to Geekbench listing, the Nokia 7 Plus runs on Android 8.0 operating system. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor coupled with 4GB of RAM.
In the benchmark results, Nokia 7 Plus scores 1636 in the single-core test and 5902 for the multi-core test. At this time there is no further information available regarding Nokia 7 Plus.
To recall, Nokia 7 – the younger sibling of Nokia 7 Plus was launched back in October 2017 exclusively for the Chinese market. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor and 4GB/6GB RAM. It sports a 5.2” Full-HD IPS display with a layer of Gorilla Glass on top. The device is yet to announce to other markets out of China.
We already know that HMD Global is holding an event at MWC 2018. The company is likely to launch its next flagship phone — the Nokia 9 along with some other devices including entry level Nokia 1, Nokia 6 (2018) for the global market, Nokia 3310 4G and Nokia 7 for the global market. The company is also expected to announce Smart Home products at the event.
