Irrespective of the physical state of Objects in the Universe, all possesses Energy.
Basic Chemistry and Physics tells us that an object in it's Physical state is made up of Billions of Atoms that interact with one another and when they bond with other atoms of other objects, they are used to Produce something important that we all use today.,well that's for Physical things. But nonphysical things includes thought whether Positive or Negative can also bond and Interact with other things in the outside word.
How we Interact with Positive and Negative Energy
Every day we have independent feelings sometimes that prompts interaction with the outside word. For example have you thought about your Friend one day and get a text from him the next morning? Or have you wished for a Bank alert and get one The next minute.... That's your brain interacting with the Physics reality. That brain represents you there. So we Interact with positive and Negative energy from or environment.
How to Create positive result for yourself.
Fortunately for us it is possible to create out Good and positive result for our selves in our life.
Sometimes we may be thinking or Desiring something we would love to get... But fortunately we get it surprisingly. Or we get into situations that lead to our getting our desires Fulfilled.That's your brain having Positive interaction with the environment.
Research has shown that our thoughts could travel through space and maybe picked up by others or have an effect in a matter. An Example is the test of a Liar Detector. When it ask you a question like.... “Did you kill the man" you'll start having blood pressure, cold hands deeper breathe and Shaky hands. These changes occur not only when one is lying but also when he or she is in reaction to what we think inside. So others can pick up the taught through our physical reality like restlessness... So there is a connection knowing truly well that there is a connection in order to get positive Energy, you need to first of all start with your thoughts starting thinking positively. With that you will get Positive results for your self.
For example a mother who didn't see her money, if she starts thinking about the problems she has to settle with that money it affects her behavior and stability Negatively but if she calms down and thinks about the money in the bank that be used to replace the missing money, she won't be unstable she will be calm and relaxed. With that she has created Positive Results for her self.
How Negative Energy Affect the Body:
Negative Energy affects the body negatively. It weakens you and makes you restless and Sweat. But in contrast Positive energy affects the body positively, it makes you more relaxed, free and Open.
Psychiatrist Daniel G. Amen has named the limiting thoughts we hear in our head ANTs—Automatic Negative Thoughts. He said just as ants in picnic the ANTs can ruin our Life Experience he recommends that in order to stomp the ANTs we should do the following.
(1). First you have to be aware of it.
(2.Then it will be time to stomp them off and shake them by challenging them.
(3). After that it should be replaced by more Positive and Encouraging thoughts
The major key to getting rid of Negative energy is realizing that you have the Ultimate ability to accept or agree to any thought you may have. This is because what we hear is not always True.
So ask your self.....
“Is this thought hurting me or helping me?"
“I am getting closer or Farther away than where I want to go by nurturing this thought?"
“Is it motivating me to go ahead or is it filling me with Self Doubt and discouragement?
You have to learn to challenge and Fight back the thoughts that makes you feel Discouragement and doesn't get you any where.
How To Become Aware of Negative Energy:
You could try this. Why not you write down the Negative thoughts you usually have for 3 whole days. Make sure one i during the weekends and the other Working days.
You could also ask your friends families and Kids to impose a Dollar fine on you when you speak negatively.
You'll be amazed you'll pay more that you ever Imagined. But as you keep on paying the amount per day may reduce.
So try this... Talk to your self more like a winner than a looser.
As you keep on writing and paying, the more you reduce your negative thoughts and it will get to a point you'll stop it and that only when you counter and replace with positive thoughts.
