How to balance social media time

Ping!!!🛎🛎 Messenger Chat head pops up,Wow its your best friend texting, nice its really been a while and so you reply, the conversation keeps on going till it's limit. After that conversation you can't let go of your Phone you scroll through your news feed and see interesting news popping up ,new photos; "wow 😮😮 she looks good" , "ohh my he got 6 packs"...... .You didn't know 1 hour has gone by. Mum calls you and scolds you because you use your phone often, you reluctantly accept. You aren't happy inside you  that mum reacted that way If you are truly sorry you want to avoid that right?... This Blog is here to help you with your situation.
Solving problems like this need self discipline as well as the suggestions given Below;

1. Track your usage time.
Track the time you spend on social media using an app or jotting down the time on each sessions and sum it all up after that day is up no doubt you've spent a lot of time with your phone probably 4 hours summed up. Think of ways to cut your usage probably to 90 minutes (1 hr and 30 minutes) sounds good right, keep going and cutting down the time till you feel proud of your self.

2. Have friends by your side most of the time.
Your friends you talk to on the phone could come over for some real talk and you too can reach out to these ones. In this case instead of you to text and scroll your news feed you're speaking to some one fun and interesting. With this you can cut down your usage time.

3. Have something Doing
Keep your self busy with things, that you know you love, like reading Novels, magazines and even watching a movie. You won't feel bored honestly speaking, take up summer Jobs or go for summer lessons these will keep you  occupied.

4. Rest
That's short😂 "rest" but useful, How? 🤔🤔.... Okay enough of the thinking now. When you take naps and rest you make good use of the time you'll could have used to chat and stuff like that... Having a nap of 1 hour or so could save you of unnecessary chitchat... with friends online.

5. Get a pet
Most persons like to have pets at home this could help you reduce that social media time, as you play with you pet you grow love for it and gives it undivided attention. Leaving your phone behind you see you've cut the time 😛. So what are you waiting for head over to the pet store and get your new  friend🐕🐕 but be careful  your phone could get Jealous😂😂

6. Get rid of these apps in your phone
If you feel over time with social media is taking your time so much and it reduces your performance at school then now is the time to get rid of that app or freeze your account till holidays and even during holidays limit your time too.

7.  Set a goal at school
If you have it in mind to attain a certain score at school and you are really determined then you will have to focus on your school work and not on Social Media, this reduces your timing
