4 Easy Ways To Declutter Your Mind



We all go through some hard periods in life. Sooner or later, depending on the circumstances, you might find yourself stuck in a circle of fatigue, uncertainty, discomfort, Stress, and clutter. But it doesn’t have to be this way. This post has been cooking in my head for a while now..since I experience that kind of feeling on regular basis.

1.Learn  How to say NO

I used to live the life of responding to others emergencies and getting pulled in so many directions every day. Finally, I discovered a magical word:"NO". There is freedom in those two letters. It took me years to learn to say them when people and their problems came calling. I felt a responsibility to help others all the time, but it was always at the expense of my goals. don't get me wrong I'm not saying go completely selfish and stop helping those in need...

2.Get clear on your priorities

don't get caught on small details of your life that will keep your mind busy and stressed  ..instead make a list of your top 5 priorities, things that need to be solved, things that need your attention and effort the most in order for it to be tackled...don't waste your time.

3.Make todo lists

My favorite way to not clutter my mind is to write down all the things I have to do so that I don't have to stress out remembering everything I have to so that day. They are Written down and I know I can find them there whenever I want, without the stress to remember everything.I keep a notebook next to my bed and often times find myself writing todo lists, appointments .weekly schedules...believe me it helps me  alot..to get motivated, be productive and be on my A game as a mother ... I cant live without my to-do lists now, otherwise, my mind keeps repeating things over and over again. but it's written down, I can say “It’s listed, and I’ll think about it when I get it”.

4.Shut Down your laptop, disconnect from social media

be brave enough disconnect from your phone or laptop at least for one day ..or a Sunday if you are a working person that needs his phone.don't let the cluttered feed of news and pictures ..videos overwhelms you and put you on constant need to be updated every hour /min...go out technology free for one day and believe me ...u will get back fully charged and content with your situation.
