Actor Ritesh Deshmukh, son of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, said he was proud of the Mumbai Police. On Tuesday, Ritesh shared the picture of a police constable, who saved many lives during a fire incident in Kamla Mills. With this he wrote, “Constable Sudarshan Shinde saved eight people. Kamla Mills fire. We are very proud of the Mumbai Police. Sudarshan Shinde greet you. ”
It is noteworthy that on December 29, 14 people were killed and 55 others were injured in the fierce firing in Kamla Mills. Two managers of the park were arrested by the police. However, the owner of the restaurant is still being called absconding. The police said that both the manager Kevin Bawa and Lisbon Lopez were arrested. In both cases, in the case of emergencies in the restaurant, people had the responsibility of securing safe exit.
Mumbai’s lawyer Vivekananda Gupta filed a complaint in the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission on Saturday, indicating that on 29 December, human rights in the restaurant were largely violated.
