Raising Flour
Coaster sugar
Diced unsalted butter
Milk
cream
Baking Powder and
Salt
1 egg
Procedure
>Sift the flour with baking powder and salt and stir in the sugar, using your fingertips lightly rub n the butter until mixture resemble dried breadcrumbs and add the egg.
>Add the cream and enough milk to moisten, gather the Dough into a ball.
>Turn the dough out into a floured surface and roll gently to 2.5cm thick , after that you cut out with a round cutter.
>Place the cut dough on a greased baking tray and brush the tops with the egg glaze. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degree.
