Procedure
>Break 100g of cookies with hand and put them in a blender, then crush the cookies.
>After blending add 50g of Softened Butter and blend again.
>Put a little more softened butter in a spring form pan and spread around the pan, add the Cookie Mixture and spread crushing well with spoon.
>After that you put in a fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.
>In a different pan, put 500ml of milk, 250ml of whipping cream, 200g of milk chocolate and 100g of sugar, stir constantly while heating over low heat.
>When all the ingredients are integrated add 16g of gelatin powder and stir again, when the gelatin has integrated remove from heat.
>Pour the milk mixture over the cookie mixture, then let stand for 10 minutes, and after that put in a fridge for an entire night.
