How To Make Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients

plain non-fat youghurt
2 ripe bananas sliced
1/2 cup rasberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1 cup slice strawberries

procedure

first of all, add your yogurt into the blender, then you add the banana, strawberry, rasberries and then black berries. then you just blend to your preferred thickness.
you can serve with ice or just like that.
