A qualified coach and a captain..................

I did my theory for the cricket level 2 coaching course  and passed that with a 90% mark, a week later I took my practical assessment and passed that and bang I’m now a fully Qualified Coach and had some work lined up working with the Dorset cricket board, I’m elated.

To top it off I’ve also been named as the captain of Dorset disability for the 2015 season.

We start our campaign at the beginning of May vs Isle of wight at home. We have many training sessions and I’m stamping my mark on the team and beginning to get the best out of them, I tell the players what I want and what I expect from them and they take it all in and are eager to make this a very special season . I said straight that this team has the potential to be the best season Dorset have ever had as long as everyone gives 100% in each game.
