Hemp and Marijuana .. Mistaken identity.
Hemp is not marijuana.
Although they are closely related, the plant is just one variety of many Cannabis strains. They look very similar in nature and they smell the same. But of course, when it comes down to the differences, hemp can be used for industrious purposes while marijuana is primarily used for a drug.
Hemp crops used today for food and fabric don’t have much of this psychoactive component compared to their partytime cousins.
Hemp contains less THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol) unlike marijuana which has higher percentages of THC(delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol), this is the active substance in pot that gets people high.
While we are at it, it is not legal to plant marijuana for commercial uses. So when one needs to produce Hemp, there ought to be legal formalities you have to go through before planting because our farmers 😊😊 I love you my farmers, our farmers are likely to plant Hemp on the edges of the plot when actually inside the plot they've planted marijuana 😂😂. I'm not outing anyone but it's true 😂.
Okay back to Cannabis.
Marijuana, even though it is not legal, has health benefits. Most cancer struck people use marijuana, apparently it helps them with the pain.
Hemp however has many products i.e. Hemp juice, Hemp milk, Hemp protein, Construction materials, Fiber reinforced plastic, Hemp oil, Raw fiber, Bedding for animals.
Well that's the mistaken Identity of the two. Let's not smoke Hemp, we won't get high and on that not note don't smoke marijuana for fun too.
