All the members who are a subscriber of the EPFO and hold a UAN number. They always had queries related to the Uan Portal. One of the queries is how to download the Passbook from UAN portal.The new EPF UAN portal is live now. There are major changes done in the process to download the UAN passbook. The process is far more simple now. The steps to be followed are as follows:
New UAN portal
- Go to EPF India portal.
- Login to the EPFO Website.
- Go to ‘Our Services’.
- Click on “For Employees’ option.
- Under the head ‘Services’ you will find ‘Member Passbook’, click on it.
- Enter the UAN number and Password on UAN portal.
- After successful login, You will see ‘view passbook’ option. Click on view passbook, you will see your UAN passbook.
This facility will show Member Passbook only if you are an already registered member on member portal. But if you are newly registered, then it will show passbook next day only.
Similarly, if you have changed your password then it will be effective only on next day.The entries which are confirmed or reconciled by the EPFO office will be visible on the passbook. Only those entries will be shown on the passbook which is confirmed by EPFO office.For any queries related to the EPF, you can contact the helpdesk on 180011800. The timing of help desk between 9:15 AM to 5:45 PM.
Downloading Passbook
You can download the passbook simply by clicking on the download button on the top right corner of the screen.
It will download passbook as per your specification.
