I am a big fan of treating yourself every day. I think we all should treat ourselves whenever we feel really down and stressed. or even when everything is going well. we all should Pamper ourselves, no reason needed. you don’t need to go to expensive restaurants, I mean of course you can but you can pamper yourself without much money and even without going out. you might me be loved by your friends and family but we often forget how important self-love is and how important it is to pamper yourself.
here I am listing some ways which I personally follow.
-do a movie marathon
-try making different smoothies
-clean your feet by dipping your feet in warm water mixed with some nice cleanser
-dress yourself up and try doing some makeup, the way you like it
-a nice bath with some scented candles and nice music
-cover yourself in lotions and feel hydrated
-do those DIY hair marks and facemask
-do experimental cooking
-draw as you used to do in your childhood
-search for all the pretty things online
-make bucket list
-write an imaginary story
-write down how you see yourself
-decorate your room
do what makes you feel relaxed. it’s time to de-stress. go and pamper yourself. give yourself some love and attention.
