Reliance Jio has announced a new Dhan Dhana Dhan Offer for its Jio Prime users, under which one can get 100% cashback on recharge of Rs 399 before October 18. And if you are currently using other recharge pack, don’t be worried gotcha covered! You will still be able to recharge with Rs 399 and their recharge will be effective after the current pack expires. While this offer may look grandiose at first glance, don’t forget that it is Jio – it always comes with certain terms and conditions. Now one will get 100% cashback, there’s no trick in that but it is limited to Jio Prime customers only and there’s another condition that could prove to be a turnoff too.
Under this plan, Jio offers 84GB of 4G data to its users with a FUP limit of 1GB. Customers recharging with Rs 399 will also get unlimited voice calling facility, free SMS and subscription to any Jio apps. The Rs 399 offer is valid for 84 days. This offering is for the prepaid users. For the postpaid users, under the Rs 399 plan, Jio offers almost the similar services, except for the three billing cycle’s validity. But don’t get so frisky, there’s a catch with the Diwali Dhan Dhana Dhan plan too.
After recharging with Rs 399 plan Jio, users will receive 8 vouchers worth Rs 50 each, with a total value of Rs 400; you get an extra money free. These vouchers can be used one at a time, after 15 November, against future recharges of Rs309 and above plans and data add-ons of Rs91 and above. As of now, Jio hasn’t set an end date to available the Rs 50 vouchers so one can use the vouchers as and when required – just keep it one at a time. This is the kind of offer that makes you buy things, get a dime of benefit and that dime costs a second buy – hence you spend twice, the company gets double profit – at the cost of one free dime.
