  1. Try insights timer or calm. Start with just 5 mins a day and work your way up. Your own emotional EQ is so critical. Listen to that still small voice in your head.

  4. Organize your email. I have not found an app I like but I do believe in creating 3 folders in your inbox. One called DREAMs and one Called READ The first one allows me to think big. Email to Greece! Yes it can happen. And the READ later folder is critical if you want to be a subject matter expert. You can also accomplish this in your pinterest feed.
