Tags: song album harry
Hello everyone !

I am back again with a series I'm hoping to be keeping. It's called Feel Good Friday. And basically it's a day where I talk about an Album that I've been listening to for a week and give you my honest opinion on it . I'm hoping that it'll to be every two weeks  so i'll be sure I will have it posted for you then.  If you want to vote or request  for what album you want me to listen to next follow me on  my social media sites:

Okay ! So Feel Good Friday is going to be focus on Harry Styles's first album as a soloist.

Harry...Who ?

So before I even start the review . I should first give some quick background information on who this artist is . Harry Styles, is a 23 year old musician from Holmes Chapel , Chesire. He is famously known for being part of the  world wide famous boyband One Direction. Before that Harry was part of a band called White Eskimo where he preformed locally in Holmes First but he first began his rise to fame when he auditioned as a soloist on the X Factor at the age of 16 . He successfully made it through to the first round but sadly didn't cut it out to make it as a solo performer. However,  the show had other plans for the 16 year old . They brought Harry and four other boys to become a boyband instead. From that moment Harry was preforming songs to a live audience every Saturday night live alongside his bandmates in order to win the X Factor. Their band started to become popular despite being placed 3rd in the X Factor. The fan base had grew and Harry was part of the most popular boyband to date . After Zayn Malik's departure from the band , One Direction continued as a four piece to release one more album and a world tour before announcing their hiatus. Since then Harry has been busy filming for a film called Dunkirk which is going to be released very soon and he has been working on his solo career but has kept it quite private.....till March when he teased his fans with his first single Signs Of The Times.

Album Cover : 7/10

Okay , So I really liked the cover as it represented who Harry is and basically what I expected from him. I enjoy the aesthetic vibe you get when you see the album and it's just the little things of this album cover that I enjoy e.g. the ripple of the coloured water , the droplets of water rolling off of Harry's back and the slight appearance of some of his tattoos. It of course, if it had not already, made me curious about what the album had to offer.

Songs: 7/10

This album was everything I expected from Harry and more. I was certainly impressed with some of the songs and how I was completely attached to it..some songs I skipped over because to me personally , Despite Harry's album being quite amazing I feel like some of the songs in the album requires you to actually sit down and listen to the lyrics he is sharing, or you could just be relaxing on your bed or doing yoga but they're the kind of songs where you wanna stop whatever you're doing or find some time to actually appreciate the message he is sharing. Don't get me wrong , I still listen to all those songs ! I just feel like some of the songs definitely requires you to be in certain moods. My favourite song in the album is definitely "Sweet Creature " I first heard this song when I put the album on shuffle. The first line of the song just makes you feel so warm and loved, it definitely gave me feelings of nostalgia and I am not ashamed to say it brought a tear to my eye. I guess it was because the lyrics and they way he sang it  felt so meaningful and genuine and what I liked about it was that it did definitely did not feel like some sort of love song or had any pronouns. This song could literally be about anything and I freaking love that ! The background singers and guitar make such a beautiful addition to the song which makes me appreciate and adore the song even more !

I might get a lot of people attacking me but I'm gonna say it. My least favourite song in the album is "From The Dining Table". Now now ! Before you attack me with your pitch forks and fire bags I never said I hated it or disliked it ! It's a beautiful song but it's definitely not my favourite okay ? Glad we got that sorted . My reasoning for this being my least favourite song was because I didn't really have a connection to it like other songs and before even listening to this song there was so much hype towards this song as being the best song in his album etc. etc. but when I listened to it I didn't get the hype..i don't know.. maybe that's just me ? I mean, don't get me wrong , it is lyrically beautiful but it's also not something I could listened to all the time you know ? Like I need to prepare myself if I wanna listen to that song. Think about it like this, you know when you get into a bad break up and you blast all the break up songs to drown your heart break ? That's my exact motive towards From The Dining Table.

Overall Conclusion:

Overall , I believe that Harry has done a fantastic job with this album and as a fan of One Direction the transition from being to what people like to say "bubble gum pop" to branching out and doing his own music in his own style and creative way is absolutely amazing and I couldn't be more proud than I already am. Although some of the songs may be hard to like once you listened to them, once you actually sit down and really listened you really start to admire the song and grow that admiration to complete and utter awe

Okay guys ! SO that is my review on Harry Styles Album . give me comments on what you think about Harry Styles album  and what you liked and disliked about it and what other artists/bands you want me to do.

Until next time bye guys !
