MTN Data Gifting is a service that allows you buy a data Bundle as gift to friends, family and colleagues. It simply means you can buy a data plan for a friend, family and colleague by paying from your own airtime.
How To Gift Data Bundle To Your Friend?
- To gift a data bundle to a friend, simply follow these steps:
- Dial *131# and select Data Gift from the menu
- Select preferred data bundle from the data plans
- The system will then display a message to confirm the subscription which you will be required to enter 1 to proceed
- Enter your friend’s number
- Then enter your customer care PIN number
- And You are done.
If you don’t have the customer care PIN number, simply send REG to 131. You will immediately be sent receive a unique authentication PIN.
