Menu for May 1st – 7th
This week is a busy one so I’ve got lots of quick recipes on the menu:
Monday: Crispy Black Bean and Quinoa Burritos
Tuesday: Honey Garlic Salmon (recipe to come)
Thursday: Chicken and Veggie Sheet Bake (recipe to come)
Friday: Roasted Garlic and Butter Shrimp with Asparagus
Saturday: Twice Baked Spaghetti Squash (Using sauce I made ahead of time and threw in the freezer)
