The mind is the most powerful thing we have which is associated with brain. Unlike other body's part we can not see, we can touch but it is there and plays vital role in our life. Thinking is habit of mind and whatsoever you are thinking in your mind, it becomes true whether it is positive or negative.
There are two types of minds – conscious mind and subconscious mind. Conscious mind is related to our thinking and act when we are awake. Subconscious mind is dormant which is feeling oriented, imagination oriented.
Habit of mind:
Way of thinking is nothing but habit of mind. The incidence happening around us effects on our mind even if it is good or bad that memory is stored in mind. An environment, places, people, incidence around us effects on mind and it thinks on that. So, mind is concerned with emotion and feelings which may be positive or negative.
Power of mind:
The mind has a capacity make Things Happen in our life by thinking. That's why we should think positive, go with positive and live positive but due to some incidence, we fear to live positive and effect is negative things happen in our life. But if you follow some basic rule then life will be changed completely.
Make Habit of think favorable.
Make friendship with your mind not enemy.
Beleive on your ability.
Making change is easy if you go ahead with positivity.
