Snoop Dogg is going to be a grandpa for the third time! The rapper’s son, Cordell Broadus, is expecting his first child.

Cordell and his girlfriend, Phia Barragan, announced the news on their respective social media pages today. Broadus took to his Instagram stories and shared a photo of Phia’s baby bump. He simply captioned of the photo, “Isssa Gurl”.

Barragan wrote a bit more on her page. She said, “I’ve loved you before I knew you. You were a dream that came to life. Life will be challenging but I promise to be there to hold your hand as long as I live. You are everything and more to me. I love you so much already baby girl. See you real soon.”

This is the first child for the couple. Cordell’s oldest brother, Corde, welcomed his second child last year, making  this the third grandchild for Snoop Dogg.

Snoop and his wife Shante Broadus have three kids( two sons and a daughter) in all.
