“She’s trying to keep it secret at this point and wait until she’s further along,” the family friend revealed. One media source even went so far as to claim that Monica is expecting a son in August with the possibility of having twins.

Now, before you call the claim hogwash, consider these things:
1. August is approximately eight months away, which means that Monica would not be showing yet if she were expecting a child or two.
2. The singer has been finding ways to hide her stomach via various poses and apparel. Women sometimes do this in efforts to conceal the beginning stages of what will later be a baby bump.
