Control Your Anger

Ricky was a nice young boy. He has a very bad habit of getting angry on every silly things.
One his friend asked, "Why are you getting at every little things. Even you are speaking foul language sometimes."
His parents and teachers often lectured him to control his anger, and to change his behaviour. He was giving only one sentence. STOP IRRITATING ME!
There on his 7th birthday his mom gave him a gift of colours. Ricky asked that what is this. His mom replied,"This are colours. Now paint the thing on which you are getting angry."
First of all he painted falling school building. His mon asked," Why have you painted such building?" He replied, "I hate all teachers all friends because they make me angry every time."
One by one he had drawn many paintings. His mom took some of the paintings and took him to the garden. She shown him one painting and asked," What have you made in this painting?" He told,"I had made a painting of clothes and mobile phones that all time my friends are showing off. This is painting of dad always making comparison of his age with mine. This painting is of the teacher that scolds me for every single thing."
After listening to this his mom told,"Friends are not telling you all this to put you down. Your dad compares because he wants that you do more better than him. Teachers scolds you for your benefits not for them."
"Then how can I control my anger?," asked Ricky. Mom replied, " Its so easy. If anyone say something to you. Just tru to be calm for 20 min. Take deep breaths. Think about happy momnts and your angerness is controlled."
That's the real scenario that can change our behavior. This anger which was laid down by the children was in painting. You cgoose your beneficial point and start converting that anger in the thing you like.
