The Bloom Coffee Roasters

Atmosphere:

The cafe was a bit hard to find even with a GPS but once found it was so worth it. My first impression of the outside patio was welcoming with tables and hanging lights. For those on the braver side they even have giant jenga.
If the giant jenga outside wasn’t really your thing, don’t worry. Inside they have a shelf full of board games for you to play while you enjoy your food and drinks.

Once inside it immediately felt like a place I wanted to be. The colors and decor were bright and pretty with blues, whites, wood, and lots of plants. They had tons of different places to sit, from stools along the walls to tables inside and out. Everywhere you chose to sit will be a selfie ready background.

Food & Drink:

The Bloom Coffee Roasters offers a wide variety of desserts, drinks, and snacks. There are smoothies, tea, frappacinos, liege waffles, bingsoo, or boba milk. You can even buy korean instant ramyun or other snacks to eat with your drinks. Their full menu is on their site here.

Everything I have tried so far at has been absolutely great. I even picked up a punch card from them because I’m already planning my return trip. The coffee bingsoo tasted exactly like my favorite Korean frozen coffee bar and was a great Sunday afternoon pick me up. For those of you who don’t know what bingsoo is, it’s the shaved ice dessert I made in a previous post: A Simple How To on Bingsoo.

The strawberry smoothie reminded me of the strawberries and cream drink from Starbucks. It was honestly one of the best strawberry smoothies I’ve had. You even see the strawberry syrup mixed into the drink. The lychee boba tea was smooth and full of boba, I’m just not much one for the taste of lychee. If lychee is a flavor you like then I say go for it.

Price:

The menu at the Bloom Coffee Roasters is relatively cheap. I bought two drinks and a large bingsoo and only paid around 20$.

You can find more information to plan your own trip there at their website thebloom.com.
