Happy New Year">Year to you all!
To kick off 2017, let’s focus on the positives and Set Realistic New Years resolutions otherwise you’re probably going to set yourself up to fail. What I recommend you do is to start writing a list of your current stats for this Year">year and then set achieveable goals. As you start your list it may get you feeling motivated or insprired…or not.
My current stats for 2017
Post a blog: Tick! Posted my first blog for the year.
Weight: Same as last year.
Drink consumption: Beer, cider, the occasional soft drink and not enough water.
Hangover: No. Great start to the year!
Food: Semi – healthy + one serve of fried chips.
Are there things to do around the house? Yes.
Do I feel like doing them? No.
Will I think about doing it later? Yes.
Return unwanted christmas gifts: Yes.
Plan for my next holiday: Not quite. Lots of ideas but nothing booked.
Exercise routine: Not started.
Fishing: Maybe later in the week.
New Years resolution: Go through my current stats and make small improvements. This includes –
– Drink a glass of water after every beer consumed.
– Continue eating semi healthy food minus the chips.
– Do my laundry tomorrow and vacuum the floor on the weekend.
– Book my flights and worry about the other details later.
– Go for a walk for 30 minutes to get back into exercising.
– Set a date for a short fishing trip away.
Focus on the positives, set realistic goals and you’ll kick off 2017 much happier and feeling accomplished!
