Whenever you come across Pakistani politics, you will definitely learn about the clash between two major Political parties in the country i.e. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League(Nawaz) (PMLN) and natural their leaders are always the rivals on the news. Despite of the fact the PMLN rules the country at the moment after winning elections of 2013, here are 5 reasons that highlight that may be the elections were really rigged and prove that Imran Khan (IK) is the more popular leader after all

Nowadays majority of opinions of a country can often be known through social Media. If you visit the major pages of Pakistan, normally owned by youth e.g. Comics by Arsalan, Sarcasmistan, Khabees Orat and read their posts about politics, you will be very clear that majority of Pakistani people on social media support IK more than NS (Nawaz Sharif) and believe me, many memes are quite funny for you to enjoy your day.

Both political parties are quite active in showing their political power by organizing public gatherings, Jalsas and rallies and one can clearly see that while heaps of people can be seen wherever IK goes, relatively few people gather at PMNL rallies. Have you seen the rally by NS after he got disqualified by Supreme Court recently? Yes, almost all media channels admit that it was a flop show. You can also see the people living their lives after disqualification of NS because no one cares that he is gone!

One can easily judge the opinion of people by participating in discussions with common people whether it is a shopkeeper, a restaurant owner or a business. My perspective and experience by far tells me that most of the people want a chance to be given to IK while they literally abuse PMLN government for their lack of service to the nation and corruption cases.

Overseas Pakistani people really trust and love IK. An example you can see in any Live telethon carried by IK for donations of Shaukat Khanum Cancer Research Hospital. People really give him millions within a few hours from all around the world. Additionally, international media often calls IK to get his opinion on important political matters involving Pakistan because he was a well known cricketer respected all over the world

That’s true! You will find plenty of journalists, celebrities having no political bias at all but when it comes to IK, nobody has been seen calling him a corrupt and dishonest person. He kind of sacrificed his all personal life for the country but this kind of sincerity you will not find in any politician of Pakistan.
