Stop terrorizing yourself together with your thoughts. It’s a dreadful way to live. Find an image that provides you pleasure and immediately switch a scary thought to a pleasant thought.
4. BE GENTLE and type AND PATIENT.
Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to yourself. Twiddling my thumbs with yourself as you learn new ways of thinking. Treat yourself as you’d treat anyone you actually love.
5. BE KIND TO YOUR MIND.
Self-hatred hates your own thoughts. Don’t hate yourself for having the thoughts. Gently change the thoughts to more life-affirming ones.
6. PRAISE YOURSELF.
Criticism breaks down your guiding force. Praise builds it up. Praise yourself the maximum amount as you’ll. Tell yourself how well you’re doing with every little thing.
7. SUPPORT YOURSELF.
Find ways to support yourself. Reach bent friends and permit them to assist you. It’s being strong to invite help when you need it.
8. BE LOVING TO YOUR NEGATIVES.
Acknowledge that you simply created them to fulfill a need. Now you’re finding new, positive ways to satisfy those needs. Lovingly release the old, negative patterns.
9. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY.
Learn about nutrition. What quite fuel does your body need so as to possess optimum energy and vitality? Study exercise. What quite exercise does one enjoy? Cherish and revere the temple you reside in.
10. HAVE FUN.
Remember the items that gave you joy as a toddler and incorporate them into your life now. Find away to possess fun with everything you are doing. Let yourself express the enjoyment of living. Smile. Laugh. Rejoice, and the Universe rejoices with you!
11. LOVE YOURSELF DO IT NOW.
Don’t wait until you get well or lose weight or get a replacement job or find a replacement relationship. Begin loving yourself now—and do the simplest you’ll.
12. DO YOUR MIRROR WORK.
Look into your eyes often. Express the growing sense of affection you’ve got for yourself. Forgive yourself while looking into the mirror. Ask your parents while looking into the mirror. Forgive them, too. A minimum of once.
