Sarita Bazaz’s New Menu Launch at Veda Farms New Delhi

Mrs. Sarita Bazaz , a selfmade woman , entrepreneur , who started her  arduous  journey from a one room kitchen to know owning The Food Affairs a premium Catering Company who has clients like Shri Sanjay Dalmia and has catered throughout the world from New Delhi , India to Canary Islands in the United States.

New Menu  was  launched  for ‘The Food Affairs’ the company which is owned by Mrs Bazaz at a  Grand Event at Veda Luxury Wedding Destination Farms in New Delhi.

An event that exemplified and exhibited grandeur in every sense with best in class hospitality, service and of course the food , catering with over 50 different varieties of appetizers and drinks.To Compliment a particular cuisine or dish won’t do justice to the other that was there at this extravagant function. It took opulence to a whole new level.

To begin with we started our food journey with appetizers.

Loved the Bhaati ka Murgh and Mutton Seekh Kebab.

Then as we move along we tried the Gol Gappe, Dahi Kebab, Matar Ki Chaat, Palak Patta Chaat which were equally fabulous.

To go with that we paired this up with Pineapple Mojito and Masala Soda which not only helped in the quenching of our thirst but also went great with the food.

And the main course which consisted of over a dozens of dishes and cusines ranging from Italian, Mexican, Pan Asian to Coastal, Hyderabadi, Punjabi, Rajasthani, Mughalai etc.

We relished the Shahi Gucchi Biryani which had such an amazing aroma, Hyderabadi Biryani, Galouti Kebabs from the Deccan , the prawn curry from Kerala , the  Dahi Bhalla Chaat from Rajasthan. And not to Forget the Chicken Chettinad, Mutton Korma which proved to be such a delectable choices and suited our palate.

And not to forget their desserts (approx 15-16), as i have a sweet tooth. I really enjoyed that from the mouth watering Khaaja to Tiramisu , Log Cake and such fine jalebis , it was such a culinary delight to be part of such an event.

And not to forget stunning live band performance by Ashish Chhabra who has done more than 400 shows with equally talented Rajasthani Folk Singer who sang Duets like ‘Padharo Maare Desh’ which mesmerized the audience and everyone was left speechless in the end. And the live performance continued for 3 hours with breathtaking music , it took the grand event to an all new scale.

The Event was held at such a huge scale that it looked like a Royal Wedding taking place there. It was so stupendous and phenomenal.
