Kim Zolciak-Biermann‘s hubby Kroy Biermann received some unwelcome news yesterday.
According to the website, the team’s head coach, Rex Ryan, had to cut the roster of players down from 75 to 53. Biermann, 30, was among the 22 men asked to leave.
As previously reported, the NFL star — who had previously played with the Atlanta Falcons for eight seasons — signed a contract with the Buffalo Bills Tuesday, August 16. The team confirmed his new position as an outside linebacker via Twitter.
TMZ reported that the NFL linebacker has been cut from his new team, the Buffalo Bills, just two weeks after signing a one-year contract.
Kroy was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons back in 2008 where he spent his entire 8-year career. His contract with the Falcons ended last season, and in August, Biermann signed a new contract with the Buffalo Bills.
Despite the big change, Kim seemed optimistic about his move to Buffalo.
@kroybiermann Is killing me in his @buffalobills uniform! He is so overwhelmed with all of your support! Thank you I’m truly grateful for all of you! Comforting me lol and welcoming him! #BuffaloBills #TheFanBaseIsIncredible
No word yet on if or when he will be picked up by another team.
