I'm just curious. I think I Ordered something from them once a while ago, but I don't really remember how everything went.

Recently, I placed an order with them on Thursday and got the standard "order confirmed" message emailed to me, but that's been it so far. I was wondering if any of you have ordered from them before and how fast their shipping was or if you remember how they handled the order (did you get updates, etc.). I know they've been around for a while and generally have a good reputation, so I'm not worried about my order disappearing or anything, just wondering about their timing.
