I received a sample of Tom Ford's Noir Eau de Parfum today and I'm very, very pleased with it. I think it's a great fragrance. Someone had mentioned it's similarities to Habit Rouge as I love Habit Rouge and whilst I definitely do see them, I think it's a really nice fragrance in it's own right.. In fact, after reading the notes online (patchouli, amber and iris).. I expected it to be very different (I hope the sample store hasn't messed up and put the wrong scent in the atomiser!) :lolk: Someone also noted a similarity to M7.. but I don't see that at all? I sampled M7 a few times and I didn't really care for it, personally.. Sorry! :p

I'm not really familiar with this range of Tom Ford scents.. at all! I'm thinking of buying myself a bottle though, this sample is that good. I'm not a huge fan of TF overall, apart from TL.. and TV, I guess, to a lesser extent. Unfortunately, I can't find anywhere that sells a sample of this Noir in the EdT format. Literally nowhere has it available as a sample in EdT. Which might indicate to me the EdP is generally thought of as the best one?

Anyways, more to the point. :) Which one of these do you guys prefer and why? Do they differ alot? Which would you choose out of the two?
