A moment not haunted by his demons. They couldn’t just leave him alone. He could have been snorting coke, shooting up heroin/consorting with the ladies of the night, but he chose a happy meal sort of diversion.
Standing on the roof top of his hotel building deciding whether to jump- revenge for all the headlines, “Hunk to chunk”, “Fit to flab”..
It wasn’t the name calling that hurt, but the insensitivity towards his struggle, his journey and the peace of mind he’d found.
At a press conference he said, “Depression is not a joke, but you can choose to live;”
*Thanks to Wentworth Miller for sharing his story (my post is a fictionalized account inspired by the Photo and his story). Once again if you or someone you know is going through this or any kind of distress do right by yourself or them by seeking help. A permanent solution to a temporary problem is not really a solution*
