Hector Bellerin has told his Arsenal team-mates that they “shouldn’t worry” about how they start the Premier League season ahead of their opener with Liverpool later this month.
Arsenal are preparing for the new Premier League season and are now back in the United Kingdom following the conclusion of their pre-season tour of America.
The gunners kick off the new Premier League campaign with a home clash against Liverpool on 14 August as Jurgen Klopp takes his Reds side down to London.
However, Bellerin has warned Klopp’s side that Arsenal are in peak physical condition as they prepare for the new campaign.
Speaking in an interview with Arsenal’s website, Bellerin said:
“Everyone in training is looking really, really good and everyone is looking sharp.“Everyone is looking really excited for the new season so I don’t think everyone should have a worry how we start the league.”
Both Liverpool and Arsenal will be looking to improve on their campaigns in the Premier League last term.
